About Me
Who I am:
I am an experienced Instructional Designer with a background in leadership, visual, learning and career development. My Technical Leadership degree showed me the power of process and has made me more intentional. Working in visual learning and development helped me dig deep into my creative mind. Skills and appreciation for how technology can help people engage, learn, prosper and grow stem from my background. It has shown me what to be passionate for and that’s the future we all have in reaching our full potential as human beings with a imaginative mind that can be a help to others. Finally, my ultimate goal is to help others reach their full potential with my expertise and knowledge.
My process & approach to solving problems:
People always come first when it comes to my process of problem-solving. I can gather what’s needed from surrounding sources to benefit the whole. To design solutions that are simple, yet effective I do my best to identify the struggles first and find a solution that fits accordingly.
How I work with people:
Effective communication is the cornerstone of my work. Starting with collaborating of course, building trusting relationships with peers, SMEs, stakeholders and more to make sure the correct solution is being addressed. Working together is enjoyable when you have a flexible, calm and easy-going person by your side. My goal is to guide, encourage and create a successful team wherever I join.
What we can accomplish:
Benefiting the whole is what I live by. I enjoy both parties being taken care of. I am a confident individual with a lot of ideas that I’d love to bring to your team. Lets grow together!
Anything, everything, and more:
Ask me anything you want to know whether it be my favorite place to go camping, what type of books I read, my go to t.v. show that puts me to sleep or anything Instructional Technology related. I look forward to connecting!
